As the sovereign financial agency of the subscribing Native American Tribes, we are no ordinary corporation. The Indigenous Nations Federal Charter Association (INFCA) Tribal Reserve fulfills the dreams of indigenous people to have a better way to become self-sufficient and financially independent. On the tribal side, our organization mirrors that of our forefathers; the sacred hoop, the circle, is our organizational guide and referent. We emphasize the round table and consensus building, initiative and empowered leadership. We depart from typical hierarchical command-oriented management and control structures. Not surprisingly, the old "pecking-order" techniques have not always been successful with Native Americans.

We can have a circular management process because we have seasoned professionals. Our boards and leadership management include many with doctorates, retired military officers, professors, pilots, physicians, lawyers, economists, engineers, accountants, bankers, businessmen, day traders, investors, farmers, millionaires, former elected tribal officials, grant specialists, and chairpersons, retired Federal law enforcement officers, retired Bureau of Indian Affairs personnel, public relations experts, real estate brokers, several current and former chief executive officers of large and complex companies. We take the best that can be found, from full blood Indian to 1/64th blood Indian and other races of people.

All INFCA leaders are seasoned professionals, who have stood under fire to safeguard our rights and those of others.
